Arena currently self-deliver maintenance and service for a diverse array of laboratory and process equipment including, but not limited to, pipettes, balances, centrifuges, incubators, cell analysers, stirrers, hotplates, plate sealers, plate washers, thermo cyclers, robotic systems (ACMF), filling and packaging lines, freeze driers, autoclaves, X-Ray equipment and imaging systems. Arena also manages client contracts for specialised OEM equipment support.
Arena have recently been audited through AstraZeneca as part of their Maintenance Excellence program who were awarded ‘innovative’ status for laboratory equipment maintenance delivery (working towards ‘world class’ status).
Arena have also recently been awarded a 3 year GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price) contract with AstraZeneca for the Maintenance and Support for Laboratory Equipment for their Cheshire sites in the UK.
