After the success of the European Pharma Manufacturing Masters 2011 econique business masters is now planning the second annual conference for the pharma manufacturing industry.
In this tradition the conference taking place May 14th and 15th 2012 at the Ramada Hotel Berlin – Alexanderplatz, Germany, will cover a broad range of topics from lean and lean six sigma, operational and process excellence for increased productivity over TPM and MES automation, sustainable manufacturing, business intelligence and production planning to pharma supply networks and human error prevention.
With the pharmaceutical industry finding itself at the crossroads of change a number of challenges have to be faced, ranging from upcoming expirations of blockbuster drug patents, a dwindling pipeline of sales promising drugs over increased pressure from generic drugs to energy and raw material consumption.
